What are the HOA fees and what does that cost include?
The fees are $.02 per square foot plus an additional $4.00/month for electrical meter reading. The fees include common area maintenance, common building insurance, water and trash pick up. Residents will be responsible for their own electric bill and cable.

Who will send me my electric bill?
The meter reading company, Minol, will bill you.

How many parking spaces will I get?
Each 1-bedroom unit will get a reserved space and each 2-bedroom unit will get 2 reserved spaces.

How many units are in the complex?
52 total units are in the complex.

Are pets allowed?
Yes, up to 2 pets are allowed and they must be kept on a leash while outside.

Are there washer/dryer hook-up?
Yes, every unit has hook-ups. Owners are required to buy their own washer/dryers. They will need to be stackable.

Are there bike racks?
Yes.

What amenities does the complex include?
Amenities include a common area with grass and a grill. Walk to The University of Texas football games. Interior w/d closets. Reserved parking.

Is there Internet service?
Yes, there is a secured wireless network at The Bungalows.

Can I rent my unit?
Yes, there is a certain percentage of units that can be investor-owned as rental property.

Are there elevators?
No, but the buildings have only 2 or 3 floors, so it is an easy walk up the stairs.

Are there balconies?
Several units have balconies, or patios, but not all units have an outdoor living area.
